In exchange for helping with childcare while i work until 530pm i can offer a super cheap room. room in three bedroom apt/duplex, room has a TV and full size bed that i got for my nephews to stay over. Bed collapses and I can easily put it or the TV in storage if you have a better one. Utilities including internet included. Large backyard with shed for storage. House is close to downtown. Must be good with children! And have identification. About us Just myself, (36 year old male) and my seven year old son Elliott. He s well behaved and attends 1st grade, i work Monday -friday. House is quiet accept for about an hour in the afternoon because I play drums and practice daily. We re very easy going people who respect privacy.
