Hi, I m John Slovik and I m looking for a room/space to rent in the mountain area (as close to Crestline as possible, but other local town areas near by would work also). I m 63 and would prefer to live with people around my age group. I live on a fixed income from Social Security retirement, so I can pay $700 a month. I can also provide assistance with household chores and minor repairs, to off set higher rent amount. I have a cat that s indoor/outdoor. The perfect situation would be an elderly person or a couple that may need help with household chores and maintenance. More about me: I m quiet, clean, and mostly keep to myself.
