The house has an installed alarm system for which i am solely responsible. i am looking for a roommate who cleans up after herself, is quiet, responsible, pays rent on time, provides own food and appreciates living a quiet life. I prefer someone closer to my own age (50) since i am not into partying or running in and out all hours of the day and night. 600 to 700 dollars is the monthly rent amount to include water, trash, sewer and electricity.
